I tried these ketones capsules in hopes of boosting my fat burning during workouts, but unfortunately, I didn't notice any difference in my results. The capsules also left a weird aftertaste, which was not pleasant.While they are marketed as being beneficial for weight loss, these capsules did not live up to their claims.
