Bought this reverse osmosis unit a year ago and it's great! I have recommended it to many people who have been equally impressed with Perfect Water's performance, price and customer service. I did a lot of research and found that The Perfect Water is a true market leader in their filtration systems. Not only does this filter out unwanted contaminants from your water, but it also restores the pH of the water after a full filter cycle through a natural remineralization process. The system is strong, adaptable and easy to install, although you'll either need a sink with a drain or you can just drill it yourself. You can really feel the difference in this water. We live in North Carolina now and the city water is disgusting by comparison. The water is acidic, bitter in taste and clearly contains chlorine. After installing this system, we blind tested regular tap water, grocery store reverse osmosis water, alkaline water, and water from this system. Our Home Master TMAFC system was the clear winner. We chose this model based on our needs, and while it's not a top-of-the-line model (unlike the HydroPerfection), we were confident that our choice would broadly meet our needs. The installation instructions and videos are very clear and it's a relatively easy process. . It only took me 30-40 minutes to get the system up and running, although it would be quicker if I didn't have an issue with my sink that is unrelated to this system. Read the instructions carefully and handle all parts with care. Even a person with limited experience can install the system and you can easily reinstall it when you move house. Our customer service experience with The Perfect Water has been exceptional. We received our first water tank with a small dent and crack in the outer enamel. Within 3 days we had a great tank exchange free of charge and without any fuss. Perfect Water even called back to check on the condition of the tank! Your employees are very helpful and take great care of your product. For this reason I would choose them over any competitor. Finally, if you're having doubts about spending $300-$400 (or more) on a water filtration system, remember that whatever isn't filtered out of your water is going through you. Essentially, you become a filter. With municipal water system disruptions and failures like this, it really makes sense to have an extra layer of protection for you and your family. When people complain about the cost of well-filtered water or say that local organic vegetables aren't worth the extra cost, remember that the body regenerates its own cells and atoms from the energy we get from food, water and air . We are what we eat/drink/breathe. This is definitely a big step towards a healthy life.
