Great support staff and knowledgeable engineers
I like that CTS has been able to integrate our application with Salesforce CRM which was needed for accounting purposes as well as reporting.
They were also very helpful in setting up email notifications from our ERP system so employees could get those alerts when certain situations occurred within the app. Sometimes it's hard if you're not tech-savvy to make the most out of new features or upgrades but they've done all their best to explain what is going where whenever there are any changes made since this integration started last year.
Pros
- The team at CTs have always taken time during meetings, via phone calls etc.to listen carefully about my concerns/ issues before implementing solutions into place even ones we haven't yet thought off! Always willing helpers who will do whatever needs doing without hesitation :) Also love how professional everything looks & feels
