This chair is so comfortable! I'm a tall and tall person (about 6ft tall, 230lbs) but this chair fits me like a glove. There are two types of this chair: one has a higher backrest, the other has a shorter backrest. I have the ones with the higher backrest so I can rest my head on them. Again perfect for me! Assembly was easy, no tools required. It was like pitching a tent. And it's solid! It doesn't creak or move when I sit in it. I also have back problems but I can sit in this chair very comfortably while reading for over an hour. I have it in a small corner of my bedroom and it fits in well. I highly recommend this chair for really practical purposes, it is used by MANY people. I wasn't too sure about the aesthetics at first because I wanted a more classic chair. But I'm really glad I chose this chair because it's still so pretty and makes the room look even better (I have an anthracite color) and because now I know how durable and comfortable it would be I don't trade him anything. And for a hundred and fifty dollars you won't find a better chair.
