I bought these because we use well water and have a Use water softener. We love the taste of the water and are glad we bought a model that remineralizes the water after filtering. My only wish is for more water to come out of the tap. We have a bottled water dispenser which is great for suitable for hot or chilled water but not for plain tap water.Installation was relatively easy and the instructions are fairly straightforward.I had an issue with the gauge - out of the box it said 30psi.I contacted Ukoke CS;they responded quickly and easily asked me to email a copy of the proof of purchase to send mail. That's exactly what I did. Haven't heard anything in a month. I resent the email and asked for a status update. They apologized that my email address was lost/missing. They asked for a photo of the sensor to make sure it was sent correctly. And true to their word, they shipped a new sensor within a day or two. Things happen and Ukoke fixed the situation.
