Excellent product price. ADVANTAGES: Flexible, non-hard plastic case, easy to wear around the neck and very light and won't break like hard plastic when dropped. done when i dropped them. Easy charging with good battery life. High quality sound through the speaker. Easily sync with Bluetooth on iPhone. The earbuds fit well and are easy to use. I like the button distance. The earbuds use a much stronger cord that retracts more easily than most other brands I use. CONS: The audio to the receiver is sometimes weak. The rechargeable headset jack is a little tricky to plug in for older users with low vision. Load times are about the same as other brands, which I find slow for today's technology. The charging cable can be longer to allow users to plug it into an outlet and place it on the bedside table. I think it should come in more colors and in a pack of two so you can charge one and carry the other.
