They are ideal for creepy crawlies that are just starting to walk. They look good, have enough room to grow, soft but good finishes on the bottom (leather only) and are great for walking barefoot. I also had complaint after complaint. My son was 10 months old when I got them. He is now 12 months old and weighs 26 pounds. They had enough room for him to grow, but enough for him to stumble. He's got a little more. He's also tall for his age. I have 12-18 months I think.
