I like that it's easy to get started with, especially because they have a quick start guide available online which walks you through each step in setting up an account as well as getting your first employees onboarded into using their platform! The only thing I dislike about this product so far is how difficult it can be sometimes to find answers when something goes wrong (which happens fairly often!) but overall very happy we decided to go ahead with them.
We're solving our payroll issues by having all paychecks uploaded directly from Quickbooks to Paychex instead of going thru paper checks. It also allows us to send out bank statements right away rather than waiting till end of month or quarter before sending those along too. This has really helped streamline things at work since there are fewer people involved now during tax season :) Also helps keep track of vacation time used/remaining - no more tracking down coworkers who forgot to use.
