My daughter is a size 4 but if she were to wear them today she would choose a size 3.5. Size 4 would be fine with socks, but wouldn't like it when filled with water, even with a drawstring. She has flat feet and she said they were comfortable. They fit like socks and are a bit see-through. She likes them, but my concern is that they fill with water uncomfortably when kicked. I think we'll see.
