Review on π Lufkin L1116B Measuring Layout Tools: Precision Instruments for Accurate Measurements by James Edwards
It wasn't even 6 months before it broke and months before the mark was erased
The idea with this measuring tape was a good one. Footprints are uncomfortable and the black coating wears off within a month of daily use. I used it for 6 months, used it for about 4 months and one day it just broke my head. Previously I noticed that the band was becoming wavy and in order to lift off they state that about 3ft in the band compresses more and more to make it stiffer and lift off. I would not recommend it.
