This bag looks beautiful, is sturdy (so far) but the zip along the bottom pocket broke within 2 days. I was able to get it working again, but now the zip pocket is completely unusable. The rear security zip is nylon and seems to work well. I would have liked the inside pockets to be a bit wider, because the cell phone with the case hardly fits in the pocket. The large main area is very spacious. If you're a family pack mule like me, you'll fit a lot. The straps are shiny nylon so I guess you might have issues with the adjustment slipping but I stretched them fully for fit and fit and they worked fine but the leather-nylon stitching runs all the way to the bottom edge of my arm/armpit so it's not very comfortable, but that's probably just my fit.
