I bought the latest i5 model from the Zotac C series - i5 10210U - without storage and RAM. Installing a 1TB SSD and 2 x 8GB memory modules was easy - all you had to do was remove the bottom cover. After that, the installation of Windows 10 from USB went without any problems. I bought this computer to replace my existing custom HTPC. It served me well, but the heat and noise it made were beginning to bother me. This kid is completely silent (I didn't really notice if a coil squeaked even under load). I mainly use it for watching movies and streaming. The idle CPU temperature is around 40-45 and the lid doesn't get hot. It's mostly in the 60-70 range when watching movies and the case is warm but not too hot. I want the next version to support M.2 NMVe SSDs as well as 11th Gen Intel with IRIS XE - that would be a nice hit for the Intel HD620 in this one. If this becomes available I would update it. Everything seems fast enough with i5 and SSD, but I only use it for email/web browsing/media.
