I am very satisfied with this punching bag. The 8D material feels very durable and premium, and the design allows for easy customization. Actually I made it myself >w<. I really needed a trip to Ace Hardware X'D. I used a strong hook screwed into a joist in my garage, chain, heavy duty carabiners, rope and 2 pulleys (to lift it). Block and roll in real life? X'D I'm a complete novice at this type of activity. (When I was a kid we had a punching bag at home, one of the kind to sit on the floor. But I didn't use it much) so I don't really know what I do, but I can already tell that it would be a great way to work out and relieve stress/frustration. X'D I'm not even that stressed, but sometimes you just want to hit something that doesn't say "Oh!" or make you say "Ow!" By the way, the beat is very convenient! The water has a very nice rippling sound! As opposed to a deep sandbag kick. and it doesn't swing much, it's good for small spaces 😉 So *tldr* this is a great, durable and inexpensive thing, easy to set up, go for it! 8D 👍
