I have just received this item and to my surprise the grip that holds the iPad is broken. This is very frustrating as I have not only dealt with a broken case but also a return issue and will now shell out another $8 to return this damaged item. Then there is no way to get a replacement. Unbelievable! I would like to believe that Revain has the best search engine for their buyers but for now this experience alone has convinced me to transfer my money to EBAY. I want my money back. You don't know how to provide top quality service and you need to improve the quality of your cheap china in relation to the quality of this item. This experience sucks Royal! If I had a choice I would give -0 stars if possible.
