Strong and durable - Brushed stainless steel (bluish tones) unbrushed nickel (gold tones) available
The bathtub hook is made of stainless steel and weighs approximately 7 oz. The brushed nickel color is darker than I expected based on the product description photos. Brushed nickel is similar to brushed stainless steel but is usually a bit lighter in color and has a golden hue, while brushed stainless steel has a cooler appearance with a bluish tint. It still fits well in my bathroom and looks solid. Instructions and accessories are provided for easy installation. I haven't had any issues with the hook and I think it's a good choice for brushed stainless steel.
