Overall I like my first Ergonomic Chair, especially for the price. Whomever packaged the parts and wrote the assembly instruction booklet couldn't have made it clearer and easier. The arms are weird and too short to be useful, but they are not adjustable. This chair is great anyone who has more than 175cm or less than 175cm high by changing the assemble position of the chair backset, including a large 125° angle towards the back. I needed more comfort and support, this chair works for what I need and it didn't cost me too much. Granted this one isn't as adjustable, and the adjustable lumbar support and 2D Headrest are a plus, but it is soooo much better than what I had before. It might be a bit heavy for one person, but the weight also contributes to the "well-made" feeling once put together. The best thing about this chair is the size of the seat, which full supports my butt, neck and back of my thighs, all the way to the back of my knees. The neck support is nice too, but I could see it can be removed with the limited positioning. Seems pretty durable. I've spent entire days in this chair working and so far not one backache.
