For the first time in all my years of using Samsung products, something broke (the screen on my S21 Ultra died). Is this a common occurrence? Pros: I've been using it since it came out (thanks to a pre-order) after upgrading from the S9+; it's more powerful; the cameras and screen are both vastly improved; I've had no issues with the phone's connectivity; the increased weight doesn't bother me; I'm pleased with my purchase. ConsIt broke after 1 year and 4 days (warranty was 1 year), the screen cracked but the phone still functions, the alarms cannot be disabled, I got lucky that it was recharged after a week, and now that I have enough money to send it to the official Samsung service center (RB), I did so and waited a month, but they still haven't fixed it (at the same time, after 2 weeks they promised to fix it, and I started calling, but they still haven't).
