Bought 3 of these for my new job about 6 months ago and they all work great so far. I talk on the phone at least 4 hours a day so they are essential to keep my neck from hurting for the rest of the day. They have a shiny hard surface but are quite spongy so rest assured you are a pillow. Unlike previous phone pads I've used, the glossy finish makes it easy to clean with a disinfectant wipe or whatever you use. There were no liability problems. Peel off the plastic wrap (you may need your nails for this) and "roll" it over the tube, hold for 10-20 seconds to ensure the glue has a chance to apply itself and You are done! no List the cons. You don't have to hesitate to order a phone pillow, but if so, ORDER IT!
