It helps to go to the website and read the brand's motivation and vision. I choose slow clocks as my "mostly" everyday clock. The metal mesh goes well with my outfit and look and also adds a unique accent to casual walks. It's not shiny or flashy, but it really is a "Still Waters Run Deep" watch. My favorite aspect of watches is that their function isn't really to tell the time, it's to remind you of the time. It's really exciting how it looks like the dial isn't moving at all, and then when you get distracted and turn around, it moves. They really remind you how fast time flies, even if it seems frozen in the moment. They may not be for everyone, but I think they are fantastic watches. I had to remove a few links and my wrist is a normal size and fit. Timing can be tricky as it seems like it "starts" slowly, so you'll need to adjust it a little faster or a little slower to get it to the point you interpret as accurate, but I'm very happy with the purchase. If I didn't have a watch, I would happily buy it again.
