This is a great starter kit for regularly cleaning my glasses and camera lenses. I fill them with a very small funnel with Tiffen lens cleaner that sells for $13.95 for 16 ounces. Bottle. What I like about Zeiss atomizers is that they create a fine mist so there is a lot less excess solution on the goggles which allows for quicker removal of the liquid along with dirt etc on the goggles. This solution works best with a clean microfiber cloth as the cleaner picks up the material and the cloth absorbs it into the fabric. The rags are hand washed in the sink and then air dried – indefinitely. I find many variations of microfiber towels, and the thicker towels work much better with the cleaning solution. When traveling by plane, I wrap the plastic cap and bottle in a small piece of plastic wrap. Odorless and easy to use. almost all, although obviously from some crazy criticism, too difficult for some to master.
