Working but not perfect

This lift was the cheapest we could find, so we were by no means expecting anything extraordinary. However, it wasn't cheap either! It does its job and in general we are satisfied, but there are problems. Firstly, the original order was damaged because the hoist was packaged in a smaller box which was placed in a much larger box with very little filling in between and therefore tossed around in transit. The projector bracket was bent. We went back and ordered a replacement which was packaged just as badly and the new bracket was also bent but not as badly so we decided to live with it. Next the metal extensions, used to attach the threaded rods to the elevator body were too short, causing the rods to bow inward. We ended up making our own pieces to complement them to make them work. Third, some of the nuts had threads completely torn off, so we had to buy some nuts. As for the guide: very entertaining, but totally useless to teach us anything. So overall it works, we saved money compared to other options and laughed a lot reading the "how to” but far from a perfect product. very high entertainment value, but completely useless to teach us anything.
