We have a little Maltese who sleeps with us in our room and I who really always have something that is allergic, so getting this air purifier as a gift was really something different. The sleep mode is actually amazing, quiet but gets the job done. Turn it on before bed and you'll forget it even works. We've been using it almost 16 hours a day for the past month, so I know the filter needs some work. I think since our weather was a bit cooler we can use it as a mini air conditioner, recycling the air and gently blowing it back on us. It's like a 2-in-1 for us to be honest (disclaimer, this may not be for everyone and is subject to change for us throughout the year). It's compact enough to turn into a trash can in our bedroom. I recommend this as a good investment for anyone concerned about the air quality in their bedroom, office, living room, etc.
