I did the research for the size needed for my blinds and this was perfect fit. FYI as a quilter I have used this type of material before for corded binding and those this product did not state so, I preshrunk the cord by wetting it and ironing it dry. It did shrink, but then they all will no mater what brand. After the old blind I was restringing had been in place for a few years I noticed the cording had shortened. As a result the blind did not go all the was down when closed and I had to adjust the cording and barely had enough extra to do that job. The window is only 4 inches off the floor and I had cut the cord just long enough as I did not want extra cording laying around on the floor when I pulled the blind open. Probably not a problem for most folks, but glad I learned to shrink it in advance. xo
