I'm 5'4", weigh 265 pounds and usually wear 2x/3x depending on style. The neckline is low enough that I don't feel like I'm suffocating. As someone with lupus and fibromyalgia, I love the SPF sunscreen and the material also seems to help protect my skin from chlorine, which I can be very sensitive to.
