Bigger isn't better
I read the reviews and bought some good cooking pans in different sizes. They are made of a heavy material that is easy to clean from almost any food. Unfortunately, half of the sheet (13" x 18") warped the first time it was used in an oven at 400ยฐ or higher. The smaller size (9" x 12") won't warp and is a favorite for any use.
