My son in law has these pans and loves them. I wanted to get away from non-stick pans because they always scratch and the surface comes off. It just takes a little getting used to cooking with stainless steel, but luckily my brother-in-law taught me a lot. I've had no problems with food sticking or cleaning pans. The two best tips I can give are first, heat the pan before adding oil or butter, and second, wait for the pan to cool completely before attempting to clean it. I don't think I've had to heat it above average yet. I love her!
