The ease of use, how simple it is to set up different types of accounts (free or paid), you can also add multiple websites at once which saves me time searching around when I need one in particular! It's not so easy to see where my stats are coming from as they aren't always clear about that and sometimes you have to log into each site individually to check what sites people had been visiting after signing up with them - not ideal if there's already an established account and I just want to know what was being said without having to go through all the hassle of logging back into each platform separately again.

Have used other similar services before. If anyone else has any experience using this service then please let me know! They've helped us improve our Google rankings by getting more reviews out of existing clients. We were previously missing some.
