Wow! This is NOT intended for long torso women. I'm only 5ft 5in tall but a bit long in the waist. I ordered a medium size and the waist is very baggy for me. Now I have a 29 inch waist so if I got any skinnier it would really look like a tent. The dress fits me just above the knee. The biggest problem is the slit on the back. The dress doesn't fit very well. - maybe because it sits so loosely on me - but this cut shows that your ass cracks real fast! It goes up as you walk - you certainly don't want to walk up the stairs unless you want to take a look. This is probably not a problem for women with a short or medium-length torso. On the positive side, the fabric is relatively thick and doesn't show any panty lines, but the chest is lined. The zipper was well constructed. I actually ordered this because I thought this was the same dress I ordered, in a very similar style. That's not true - this dress doesn't have flattering pleats in the front and is an inch short and not as fitted.
