It works as described and works well, but you can only use the USB cable that comes with it. It cannot be used while charging, and it takes a long time to charge. There is no phone number to call, there is a warranty card but there is no address to mail it to. I wouldn't recommend this device mainly because you can't just plug it in or use it while it's charging, and if you lose the USB connector cable you can't use another one.
