I like how easy it is for me as an employee who does not code or work directly with doctors but just transcribes their notes into patient files when they are done seeing them. It also works great if you do not know much about coding programs. The only thing i personally dislike which others may find useful would be better organization of folders within each specialty so there was no confusion between different specialties such as neurology vs cardiology ect. And more options/options to customize our folder structure. If your looking for a simple way for patients to get accurate records quickly then this service can help make sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish! We use this software at my place of employment (a hospital) for many years now without issue.
