Very heavy...not soft
At first this bag is heavy, the faux leather is tough. Live looks very cheap. The shoulder straps do not support the bag on the shoulder, too much space between the back and the bag hangs down. The bag was delivered folded in half, therefore there is a fold line on the flap. Not a good buy for the price.
