Didn't even last a year without a lifetime warranty

They were very easy to install and worked for the first few months before becoming dull over time. They say they have a lifetime warranty, but the support window is closing fast after I bought them, they didn't even last a year. I have another flashlight that I bought from Revain that looks like a different brand and is even older... works the same as the day we bought it. I hope someone from the company sees this and help me out with a lifetime guarantee.
