We have been using PCAR since we switched over as our PTO provider many years ago! The support has not changed at all in that entire period - no down times while fixing issues etc; prompt reply to questions within minutes (usually); very competent staff members who are ready/prepared when they talk face-to?face during an issue resolution call vs jumping through email hoops etc which leads sometimes to unnecessary confusion about what's going where /when!! Nothing so far. Great product overall once it seems like you get used too them after several months but I guess there need be some sorta 'trial' run by someone else if unsure how well things work out initially?? Maybe try another system before switching back again just because others may recommend something different than your needs specifically?! Benefits include having multiple people look into problems simultaneously without creating delays due dates getting paid & info sent off quickly with explanations being given alongside same! Also benefits includes ability easily switch between projects wtihin one organization rather then doing manual stuff each month individually!! Just don't expect immediate results immediately though.. give enough opportunities via training sessions available online I like that this software provides access to all the information you need in one place. It's very easy to use and navigate through. The interface could be improved by making it easier to move between sections of the program without having to close out each section first (like when navigating to a different page). This was an upgrade for our current system so we didn't have much experience using CPPR before hand. We are now able to input rate changes as well as verify payrolls quickly and efficiently.
