Assembling was a little tricky as you first need to insert a spacer that fits against the back of the monitor to keep it stable and threads through the top hole onto the VESA plate, but it will not work if you have first started attaching the U-bolts; Also, I had trouble holding the screws in place and tightening them myself because there was a lot of play between the parts, but it would have been a lot easier with an extra pair of hands. The name says it's a GREAT accessory to add a VESA mount to a monitor that sadly doesn't have this key feature!
