I bought this board as a cheap solution to not have to drag my 38" longboard around the city anymore. I wanted something plastic so that I could feel okay about it being in rain, and something cheap so I couldn't be mad if it got ruined or stolen or anything of the sort. The first thing I noticed about this board right out of the box was how flexible it is. I've been testing out a 22" plastic board from a friend which stands strong under my 165 lbs, but found the size too small and difficult to keep my feet on. This board instantly flexed, and not in a way that I found promising. The trucks seemed super loose, but that's how I usually keep them so I decided to give it a try down my hallway. As soon as I leaned into the slightest turn, the wheels bit and I went flying off. I tried tightening the trucks but even after I felt that I'd tightened them too much, the wheel bite was still immediately there. Maybe this board is good for a 100 lb 12 year old, but a full grown adult trying to just get around quickly, not so much. I've been skating for years and tried all sorts of boards, this one was unfortunately not what I was looking for.
