I had good expectations for this product. Unfortunately, the DAC and software are buggy. The software is slow, you can't save some EQs in a preset and when you can, it won't load into the DAC. Mic monitoring is terrible, has tremendous delay and echo. If you mute/turn on the microphone, microphone monitoring will be disabled. Need to set up 02 accounts to use 01. Sound software? IDK, I couldn't find anything that would justify the investment. My Astro mixamp is terrible but it works. Unfortunately I am returning. SB keeps saying they will do an update to fix some bugs but nothing so far.
