I've been buying headphones from this brand for the third year because I love them. I've bought five or six wireless headphones over the years. Only one of these failed after a few months, but all the others were replaced due to loss or damage I caused. It wasn't until I started buying the newer 2100 and 3100 series that I started to get frustrated. These headphones (2100 series) never charge. I let it charge for over 24 hours and when I turn it on it tells me the battery is low. It only gives me high or low info on my battery life compared to older versions letting me know how many hours I'm listening. Sometimes I turn them on and they tell me my battery is low and then I walk down the street and less than 30 minutes later they tell me my battery is low and I need to charge the headset. I am very very disappointed. I tried to give him some time. But by the time I realized I didn't want them anymore, my 30 day return period had expired. I am also thinking of this brand's 3100 series wireless headphones. I would like to get older versions as they are more expensive. But a much worse product.
