This vanity cabinet looks good and allows you to put things on it, saving space in the utility closet where I keep it. A small design flaw: the drawer isn't practical because you have to open the doors before you can pull it out. I ended up storing things like skin care products in a basket on top of the closet - more space and I don't want them to absorb odors. Now for the main disadvantage: the material is low-quality fiberboard. The first time my cat had a minor accident and made a puddle in the corner of the closet, it entered the side panel, which bulged and turned to mush where it hit the floor. It's awful and falling apart. I'm going to make my own replacement out of plywood filled with plywood and encase it in plastic. If you buy one of these cabinets I suggest lining the inside with something waterproof and washable so it will last longer.
