It sounds like there is very little grease in the bearings. I had to disassemble the washing machine to remove a ball that fell out of my pants pocket and got stuck between the tub and tub body. When disassembled I changed the bearings with a set from XiKe. They were MUCH cheaper than OEM so I took a chance and lost. They are very noisy and now the wife wants a new washing machine. double loss. I will order OEM replacement bearings and update this review if they are as loud as this kit. Even if this is the case, it doesn't change the short lifespan of this bearing set. Not sure what damage will be done to the washing machine if they fail, but I have a feeling this is how my wife gets her new washing machine. Save yourself the hassle of disassembling twice, don't buy it.
