It has features I don't need (like a calculator?). When you put the phone on the table you can't see the display, you have to lift the phone and tilt it towards you. You can drill a few holes in the wall and mount it on the wall, but then it's not a desk phone. If you want to improve this phone, add a corner base so you can see the display, or make the screen articulated so you can only tilt the screen. And while you're there, turn on the telemarketer call blocking feature. You will make billions of dollars!
