Works great with my 42" subwoofer soundbar, requires 2 AAA batteries which are not included. Works well, all buttons are responsive and clickable. The only pity is that the screen does not light up when using the remote control. I mostly use the remote in the dark as this soundbar is mounted on the bedroom wall. A very minor complaint as you will end up learning the button layout as this is a very basic remote control. Turning the volume up or down turns the soundbar on automatically, and switching inputs is super easy. Should work straight away with the soundbar.
