I use these two containers with this cooler: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006HFC3K2 They have enough room on top for three 12 ounce sodas and a small ice pack. I have been using this system 5 days a week for the past two months. I bring salad to work 3 days a week. I'm a 225lb guy who eats a lot. Once you decide you can puree the salad before placing the tray on it, it can hold a good sized salad. The top tray holds my toast, cheese, bacon bits, and just the right amount of dressing. The second container forces me to pack additional things like grapes and nuts (like in the picture). If I got hungry later in the day, I'd eat a snack. I've used them for soups, pork chops, mashed potatoes, etc., all with no problems. Our working microwave is very gross, so I love that I can keep the lid on and reduce the risk of rotting my food (it really is that bad, and no, I'm not going to clean it). I have no problems with seals or locks. No deformation or stains of any kind. They still look almost new.
