They are always there if needed (and sometimes before!). The team at ETA understands my needs as well as how important communication can be during any stage/type of project we're working together towards - whether it means ensuring people know exactly where things stand through weekly status updates from me all along; having quick response times so I don't miss out on opportunities because someone else was not clear enough / didn't reply quickly enough etc.; or being able to help fix issues which arise once something goes live after weeks of work without anyone knowing until suddenly everything stops functioning properly.
