Review on 🔌 StarTech.com USB C to HDMI Cable - 3 ft / 1m - 4K 30Hz - USB Type C to HDMI - White by Sidewinders Rains

Didn't work. I bought this cable to connect a Yoga 910 laptop to a Samsung HD monitor but the monitor was not receiving a signal. Tried several times, tried alternate ports, rebooted the computer etc, the cable and both connections looked solid and there were no signs of physical defects, it just didn't work or even showed signs of signal transmission. I was able to connect easily and flawlessly using the Lenovo USB-C to HDMI Adapter and a regular HDMI cable, so I'm confident that the monitor and laptop ports are working properly. I have returned the cable to Revain for a replacement and will update this review once I attempt a replacement. Cables* Received a replacement cable: Works no better than the original. If the StarTech cable does not have universal compatibility, it would be helpful to have compatible and non-compatible devices listed in the product description**.
