Review on ⌚ Samsung SM R770NZSAXAR Classic Bluetooth Smartwatch by David Forleo

Bought this watch in June. Worked great for 5 months. I woke up on a cold November morning and started getting ready for work. I found my keys, packed my stuff, and clipped my smartwatch to my wrist. On the days I work, I set an alarm on my phone to let me know I need to get out the door. The clock worked perfectly. The alarm clock rang and the clock gave me a choice. I chose the person in charge and got to work. Back then we were just the same. Classic and reliable. So, long story, not so short. A few hours into my shift, my watch went psychotic. I'm with a patient in labor and I'm monitoring her labor and BAM! There are no hours. I mean it was still on my wrist. He repeated the same word over and over again. reboot. reboot. reboot. It was like having a nervous breakdown, verbal Tourette's syndrome or something. Somewhere out there in the virtual world, a couple of clocks are bobbing back and forth, repeating the same word over and over again. I googled how to fix my gear3 watch and solve the reboot problem. I have learned that I am not alone and my watch is not alone. There were so many like us and so many "corrections". I've tried them all, no change. My watch is an expensive conversation starter. I hope you enjoyed reading our story. If it only helps one person, it's worth it. I will call Samsung support. No, I haven't done it yet. I'm hoping to get answers and find a cure for my not-so-smart watch before someone calls a doctor and calls 911. I'm a paramedic and I work in an ambulance. Please ignore any errors in this post. Update: When I got home from work (I was 2 hours late because I was mad about the delivery months ago) my 16 year old son was fixing my crazy watch. So once again we are all connected and my world is fine. My amazing Galaxy S9, my crazy Gear 3 and my Smart TV are connected and everything works together. If you're having the same problem with your watch, we're sorry. I don't know how he fixed it. I asked him and he said it was nothing. He just pushed a button and everything worked. Teenagers (my son) have a way of making some people (me) feel stupid. So I add a star.
