Hooray! One of the packs of cotton swabs contains a small nest of amber bugs. I will no longer order abstracts. I'm going back to non-chlorine tampons. This is the second time I have ordered this item. It was ok at first, but now I'm hooked. I didn't contact them and didn't request a refund as I couldn't find any customer service contact numbers. It's just not worth wasting too much time since this is such a cheap item, but I wanted to take a little time to caution you about this possibility. I am 58 years old and I have never had a situation like this, FYI.
