Easy to use, easy setup with our payroll software provider (ADP). I love that you can see what time someone punches in or out of work without having them check-in/checkout themselves through an online portal system! Sometimes it is difficult when multiple people are working from home - we have trouble keeping track who's punching into which shift sometimes but overall its not too bad once everything gets set up properly. We wish there was more support options like live phone calls so troubleshooting issues could be handled faster as well! It has made getting everyone their paychecks super simple!! Our employees enjoy how quick they get paid after being able to login via this tool instead of logging back onto ADPS website each week manually etc!!
