I like that we can keep track of everything in one place, as well it's easy to create tasks for each client via email or phone call if needed.

The interface is sometimes not so user-friendly when looking at data through dashboards - but this could be due more to my own lack than anything else! Definitely take advantage from all their free trials they offer before committing yourself fully with them (it will most likely save you some serious money). We are able solve many problems regarding our clients' accounting needs by using scaipattern software platform which allows us easily see what information about accounts belongs where within an accountancy system.
