Napkins come in a durable, glossy plastic packaging that tears easily. The cloth isn't big, but it's not tiny either, and it's not damp enough to wipe a few hands or a large part of the head, neck, and shoulders. They have a strong, refreshing mint scent. After drying my hands, I put the handkerchief back in its case and sniffed at it occasionally. This is great if you have sinus problems or a cold. You may feel a minty chill all over your throat. There are no soaps or moisturizers on them, but they still keep your hands clean. The ingredients on the sachet don't match the ingredients on the box, but it's nothing earth-shattering. You have polysorbate-20. I'm not sure what fermented substances are for. I just breathed it in through my throat. Apparently.
