Even though both front seats in our car have power adjustment, I've always had trouble with the sun not blocking out enough even though I was wearing a baseball cap. These visor extenders solved this problem perfectly. So that the passenger can use the cosmetic mirror, we swapped them. We put the passenger extension on the driver's side and vice versa and mount it with extensions behind the visor when it is in the lower position. The extension is still easy to pull down and out (when the top is moved to the side window).
